I’m just sitting here passing the time away because Erik had to go to a meeting at work (boo to 9:00 meetings!) But I have my sleepy big doggie friend keeping me company. 
I only wish Bubba got along with Rocky & Adrian … it would make life much easier. Oh well! Even though he’s more work, I can’t help but love him and I know he’s happier here than by himself in a back yard.
I had a Kind bar today … another one of my favorites. (I’m kind of on a bar kick if you can’t tell :s)
When I’m in a nutty mood (ha, pun intended I guess?) Kind bars are the way to go.
What I like about them:
- I like that they’re called Kind bars because that’s just fun : )
- All natural ingredients
- Few ingredients
- Low GI
- Non GMO ( not genetically modified … that’s always good!)
Who doesn’t like a little kindness? ; )
And last but not least, here’s some salmon, brown rice, and baby Brussels.

ReplyDeleteI adore Kind Bars. I think my favorite is the Walnut Date. HUGE chunks of sweet dates are in this baby, it's wonderful.

I love the Kind bars!! Nick and I always purchase the coconut and almond flavor. I try to buy them while they are on sale because they are sort of (ok, very) expensive!

ReplyDeleteI really can't believe that I haven't tried a Kind bar yet. Its not like they're hard to find and they have such whole ingredients..I really should! Especially since everyone seems to like them so much.
