We’ll cut right to the chase here … it’s brownie time!! I made these vegan brownies for a bake sale last week and they were so good, I had to make them again to blog the recipe.
Delicious Vegan Brownies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached cane sugar
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 350.
- Mix dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients, and mix until there are no clumps and it’s well blended.
- Spread in a 9x13 inch baking pan
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Note: These brownies tend to fall apart easily so be sure to let these cool completely before cutting (unless you just can’t wait and don’t mind them falling apart, that is)
