Chicken Dinner

I promise I didn’t have a “chicken dinner” just for my post title but it worked out well that way.  Right now this is one of our favorite meals! It involves chopped up chicken breasts, freshly cooked rice, sautéed veggies of choice (delicious with zucchini, onions and bell peppers or asparagus) and seasonings.  The key seasoning ingredient is turmeric and/or cumin and sea salt, definitely makes this meal what it is.  Yum! This weekend I was a matron of honor in my best-friend-since-5th-grade’s wedding.  It was a super busy and packed weekend but it was a great wedding and it was wonderful to see all my family and friends!
